Shipping policy

Order Processing 

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 business days to let you know your order is on its way! Shipments are packed each day and sent out every afternoon. Any order placed after 2pm PST or on Saturday, will not go out until the following business day. 

Pickup In-Store 

Local to Seattle, WA? You can shop online and pick up in store! Just select the pickup option at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to prepare your order. 

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with store address and operating hours. 

Flat Rate Shipping 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using USPS via first class or priority service speeds and typically arrive to your mailbox within 3 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or carrier interruptions. 

We offer $10 flat rate standard shipping on all orders except shoes and Consuela brand items. These items are shipped at an at cost rate calculated at checkout. 

Orders of $100 or more ship FREE to any US address. Free shipping is not available on Consuela items. 

At this time, we are unable to ship internationally. 

We are also unable to ship to PO boxes at this time. 

Refunds Returns and Exchanges 

Shipping fees are final sale and non-returnable. Shipping fees for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at clever@vixencollection.com, subject line DAMAGED ORDER. Please include your number order, and a photo of the order's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try out best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
