SHIPPING INFORMATION

We at Vixen offer $10.00 flat rate shipping on all orders except for shoes. Shoe shipping costs will reflect weight and current market cost. We at Vixen support USPS and use them as our primary shipping carrier. Regular shipping times are 3 - 5 business days. All orders over $100 receive free shipping! You may select expedited shipping at check out, priority shipping is $20.00 and takes 2-3 business days. 

 

OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE RETURNS 

We know that you will love what you purchased but if something doesn’t work out, we will only accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags still attached, in resellable condition to be returned within 10 DAYS for STORE CREDIT. All sale items are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. 

Store Credit will be put onto your Vixen Account as a digital credit that never expires! You will receive the digital credit with a QR code sent to the email address associated with your account that can be used at either of our locations. 

Store Credit cannot be used for Spa Services

 

ONLINE RETURNS 

Online Returns will be accepted WITHIN 10 DAYS from the arrival date for STORE CREDIT only. We will only accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags still attached, in resellable condition to be returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

HOW DO I INITIATE AN ONLINE RETURN / EXCHANGE?

Please email clever@vixencollection.com with your order number, items you want to return, and reason for return. For an exchange, please let us know what size you will want to exchange for. 

 

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN / EXCHANGE + WHAT DO I INCLUDE?

Once we receive your return request, we will initiate a return & you will be responsible to ship out your return. Please include the original Packing Slips with your return & the items that you are returning. 


Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Once we receive your return in resellable condition, we will initiate the refund back to your Vixen account as a Digital Credit. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any taxes at time of purchase.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. 

Contact clever@vixencollection.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect WITHIN 24 hours of delivery with photos & explanation of the issue. We will promptly evaluate the issue to work with you to find an appropriate resolution. 

Once the tracking is updated & says delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please follow the proper claim procedures with the correct mail carrier.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can take proper action. WHAT ITEMS QUALIFY FOR RETURN?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, tags attached and scent free for returns within 10 DAYS of the purchase in store or delivery. Shoes must be returned in the original box/packaging, unworn & free of any scuffs or marks. All skincare, intimate apparel, and discounted items are ineligible for returns.
